Celebrations are in order! First up, we have Mars, our planet of action and energy, which has been off balance since it first entered its shadow phase back on May 12. The of course, there was Mars retrograde from June 26 through August 27. Are you hearing that ding, ding, ding, in your head when these dates are mentioned? Well, today, Mars finally leaves shadow and gives you the green light to energetically tackle some of your ongoing projects. You may wish to check to see where Mars in Aquarius and the current Venus retrograde in Scorpio may affect you, so as to know how to apply yourself.
Second, but not least, your calendar will either show the New Moon in Libra as today or tomorrow, nevertheless, New Moon blessings to all! New Moons are always a cause for celebration, as we set forth our intentions for that which we wish to manifest. For this New Moon, while sending your intentions out to the Universe, allow yourself a couple of Moons to actually see the fruits of your labor. The current retrograde of Venus will be immediately followed by a Mercury retrograde, so keep your eye on the New Moon in Sagittarius, coming your way on December 7.
The 3 of Cups covers all types of celebrations, and typically is shown with 3 females and a time of harvest and abundance, very appropriate for the Autumn season here in the Northern Hemisphere. With Venus retrograde, all things relating to women are bound to surface, and these themes will continue. Women shall gather in support of one another, lifting each other up, and growing stronger in numbers. This is one of the most powerful Venus retrogrades in a while, and with the Libra New Moon and a few other things thrown in, it promises to be a memorable one. What will you be celebrating?
