Whether you are the boss, or not, today you have the opportunity to stand up and take charge. You have been feeling this coming, and certainly have been working at it, the vision you see for yourself is the one which you wish to create. There is a passion which thrives within this King, giving him the impetus and the drive to make things happen, by stepping up, being a leader, even if there is no one to lead other than you.
On the flip side of this, I feel compelled to mention, that with Venus being retrograde and the Full Moon approaching, it is wise to pay attention to the intentions and motivations of others. It is possible to see ruthless tactics employed on some level, be it on the job, or in your government, etc., where politically-charged events could seek to undermine the very vision you seek.
