With Venus nearing the halfway point of its retrograde, and currently in Scorpio, it is very possible to see this card go either way. The majority of you have been working very hard toward manifestation of some sort, and while this card is often associated with money, it does not need to represent money at all. You can see some awesome work-related progress here, and while the Universe may actually lend a helping hand, this is all on you. You have created this opportunity for yourself, and the abundance which will ensue will be well worth the effort.
On the other hand, things may not be going as you were hoping. Venus retrograde is designed to have you take a second look at all things love, financial, and beauty. It is possible you need to find a better way; it does not mean you have failed, but that you could need a different approach to bring a matter to fruition.
