While nurturing those you love today, do not forget about yourself. Self-care is indicated here, and you can not be any good to others, if you are not also good to yourself. Be mindful of the pitfalls of today’s energy; a trip to the grocery store can return with bags full of snacks and goodies, and find you binge-watching your favorite series on Netflix. Avoid going overboard with purchases, especially electronics, and cars, as Mercury is still retrograde through the 31st. Keep it simple and perhaps treat the family to pizza or Chinese, but know that, if time permits, healthier choices, prepared by you, offer the greatest nurturing capabilities of all.
