New Moon blessings, everyone! And a Happy Mercury Direct Day to you as well! Do take note of when these occur in YOUR time zone since the date may actually be August 1, as they occur less than hour apart right before midnight EST. Interesting that we should see a fire-breathing dragon with all of the current Leo energy, with the Sun, Moon, Venus, and Mars all turning up the heat. Egos and tempers may flare up today, even though this is a wonderful New Moon, as Mars brings those aggressive tendencies, and perhaps even a little bit of drama.
The Strength card is not just about strength, it reinforces the art of being patient, which patience may be in high demand today due to a short supply. It is about soft control, essentially cautioning you to bite your tongue, curb your sarcasm, kill them with kindness, in other words do not engage. It is through non-confrontation that one maintains control without appearing to do so. You may call it a form of manipulation, but in reality it makes so much more sense than poking the bear to see what happens.
