Welcome to August! By far, this will be one of the best months of the year. Today, you have a newly direct Mercury, as well as a beautiful New Moon in Leo. Many of you will see these as today on your calendar, so be certain to set your intentions, and do not make any impromptu moves, since Mercury can still cause you anguish. Eclipse season and Mercury retrograde are both over now, but the theme of relationships is still on most people’s minds. The last six weeks have brought a number of things up for review, most specifically, the balance, i.e., the give-and-take, of all types of relationships.
The current energies have a strong Leo emphasis, encouraging creativity, and most of all, a bit of fun. The Sun, Venus, and Mars, remain in Leo, and the Moon continues there for the greater part of the day, before a short five-hour void, then entering Virgo. All of these things are being felt, and there is a square, between Venus and Uranus, building to exact tomorrow, designed to add an element of surprise to your partnerships. I do firmly believe that if anything happens which causes upheaval of some sort in your world, that you should still endeavor not to engage. A conversation to clear the air is better left for another day, when Mercury is less of a bother.
