Typically, the 5 of Cups is regarded as a rather sad card, depicting loss, broken relationships, and even disappointment. Today, however, it feels as though your focus is turning in the right direction. There is a tendency with the 5 of Cups to engage in a pity party of sorts, but the Universe will have none of that today. 2019 is nearing its end, as you close out a difficult decade, and finally it may not be so hard to turn your back on what was, for it is all now merely water under the bridge.
The 5 of Cups is a card of focus, showing you that all is not lost, and indeed, you still have so much left for which to live. Currently, you are navigating Eclipse Season, and it may conjure up all types of feelings, and you simply need to deal with them one by one. Remind yourself of all that you do have. Perhaps you lost your job this year, or your marriage resulted in a divorce. Your life goes on, and the Universe wants you to know of all the positives remaining in your life which you can nurture and grow, watching them bloom into something new and fantastical in 2020. It will be your year, so set your sights on what is coming, and turn your back on what needs to be left behind.
