Card of the Day – 10 of Swords – Saturday, September 5, 2020

Today, there is an old saying which is very applicable to life at this moment – “Sometimes you’re the windshield, sometimes you’re the bug”. This was made famous, first by ‘Dire Straits’ in 1991, followed in 1992 by ‘Mary Chapin Carpenter’. The “bug”, of course, tends to go splat, when it meets up with the windshield, and there are times in life, when you may feel as though you have gone splat yourself.

However, in this instance, after a number of tries, many of you are finally getting this right, and today is the dawn of a new day. So, perhaps your original plans did not pan out; remember, man did not get it right with the art of flight on the very first try. Things may be going a little different than what you had in mind, but truthfully, where you are headed is so much better. Rise up today; what you need is within reach. Be ready to take flight toward your hopes and dreams.
