Card of the Day – 10 of Swords (Aerials) – Friday, December 18, 2020

#2020 (as in hashtag 2020), pretty much sums up the year-to-date. The degree of stress you may have been feeling, especially over the last nine months, may vary, but truly no one was without stress of some sort. Just yesterday, Saturn, who loves to make life difficult, finally left Capricorn, not to return for twenty-nine years. It is now in Aquarius, which will make for an easier transit through March 17, 2023. Jupiter will be joining in tomorrow, helping to kick off the Age of Aquarius. A twenty-year cycle is coming to an end. It is time to get up, to rise up, to stand up, and move away from all of it for good. Relief, of some sort, is available to you now, at long last.

The 10 of Swords is often seen as stress, backstabbing, hitting rock bottom, crashing and burning, betrayal, and other not-too-pretty adjectives. However, it does have its good moments, and this is one of them. The relief being provided is a form of recovery, and while it does not likely completely remedy any difficult situations, it can prove to be a sturdy bandaid, allowing you to heal. Chiron, the Wounded Healer, is direct now, also helping you to recover.
