However, where you may have tried relentlessly in the past to do so, the timing now appears to be much better for something you have been wanting to achieve.

Fate, good luck, good fortune, destiny, whatever words you wish to use to explain the Wheel of Fortune card, it can definitely seem as though a great deal is up to chance. But, is it?
