If I were able to wave a magic wand, and make things immediately better for you, I would do so. However, recovery is often a process, one to which you must be open, and in doing so, even learning to cut yourself a break from time to time. Now I am not saying I condone playing hookey from your work and responsibilities today, for there is plenty which needs to be done. But, what I am saying, is to not be so hard on yourself, as you work on this healing which needs to take place. Perhaps afford yourself time for a nap, or a short break, so you can recharge. You really will want to be ready to roll for the Pisces New Moon on March 2. Life is about to change in a very big way, over the next several months, and you will not want to look back and wish you had applied yourself to the tasks-at-hand today.
The 4 of Swords is a card of rest, respite, and recovery, and can even be considered a card of vacation, if the idea of recharging your mind, body, and soul, is your main purpose. It is important to remember recovery of any type is not something which is perfect, or which seeks perfection; it is meant to allow you to rise above what has been holding you back and hurting you.
