This beautiful Queen does not show up often enough, and she is certainly welcome. Her timing is perfect, with Venus having just entered Cancer, the nurturer, and she would like to help you focus on comfort and security. It brings with it anything from good meals, to secure accommodations. Venus will remain in Cancer through August 11, and the Queen of Pentacles shall reign supreme throughout its stay. To me, she is always the ultimate Mom, and you never outgrow the feeling yours can bring. Even if she is no longer with you, chances are, she is looking over you, providing you with what you need.

The Queen of Pentacles is a power card, focusing more on the material than the spiritual, but it does not make her greedy. It makes her a good provider, and a nurturer, and someone who will see to it you do not go without life’s basic necessities and then some. Her wealth is intended for doing good, and enables her to enjoy some of life’s pleasures.
