My apologies for such a gruesome-looking card. The artwork is incredible, but the image rather disturbing, I know. However, we are going to put a positive spin on this tale, with several major aspects happening today, which include Venus, Mercury, the Sun, Pluto, and Jupiter, so it will run the gamut from love and money to good fortune. If life has felt like a bit of a scary place at times, seeming to be powerless, and thinking there is no way out of this mess, then guess again. It is doubtful it can happen today with all of the retrograde energy, but you can take advantage of yesterday’s Libra New Moon, and today’s positive planetary influences, to put some transformative measures into play. So, you see, there is a way out, and solutions are at hand.

The 8 of Swords probably still holds the record here on the blog, for the most appearances by a card. It represents restrictive feelings, and seeming to be powerless or imprisoned, and not seeing one’s way out of a situation, even though it is right there somewhere, waiting to be found. It is time to free yourself, untie your hands, and to do what it is you want to do. You will need to be patient for a bit longer with the results, but the time is here to see the solutions before you.
