Happy Mother’s Day to all those celebrating in any capacity today. You might encounter posts also wishing you a Happy Mercury Direct Day, but while the calendar would indicate it to be so, the timing is only moments before the end of the day. Consider it to be tomorrow, and then give it a few days to give yourself the green light to move forward with new activities. There is a lovely, daydreamy vibe going on, with the Moon in Pisces, and interacting with Neptune. When you add this to a stationing Mercury, what you wind up with is foggy terrain, and a complete lack of clarity. Enter the Queen of Clarity, who, even with her mighty sword, can not cut through the confusion and illusion. Her best purpose today would likely be to rise above any emotions, and to avoid drama at all costs. She has her sword at the ready, and can begin to clear a path leading toward the Taurus New Moon, coming up on the 19th. Things will be much better at that time.

The Queen of Swords often comes off as arrogant, aloof, and rather cold and critical, but the truth is she is highly intelligent, and while still an emotional being, just like other humans, she knows, sometimes the best way to get the job done is to leave her feelings out of the equation. Remain cool and levelheaded today, and above all, allow yourself to enjoy the day for whatever lovely moments it presents.
