Everyone knows someone who always needs to be handled with kid gloves. Taming the ferocious beast in these types of people is not an easy task, and it tends to go smoother when you do not use an in-your-face approach. Rather than feel as though you are constantly tiptoeing around on eggshells, try a little kindness; it goes a long way. Even the crankiest among us is easier to handle when you do not give them reason. Avoid the known triggers and you will soon be able to tame the lion and keep their roar at bay. Remember you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar, so apply this motto to the most difficult around you.
The Strength card is not so much about strength itself, although it can be, but moreso the ability to appear stronger than even the most formidable opponent. They might be louder, but it grows old pretty quick. Be the one in charge of these types of situations by remembering there is no good which comes from poking the bear.
