Card of the Day – Death – Sunday, April 5, 2026

Happy Easter! Chag Pesach Sameach! What a great card for your holiday. The Moon continues in Scorpio throughout most of your day, and the Death card is here to represent, being associated with this intense sign, ruled by Pluto, planet of death, rebirth, and transformation. It is likely obvious to most of you by now that something which is part of an old way of  life needs to die away, in order to create the one you desire. As you are working on closing a particular door in order to make this happen, the process of transforming is taking place, so that soon the new door you need will open before you.

The Death card is probably the most-feared card of the Tarot, but this is so wrong. Transformation is a part of daily life, even when it is subtle or gradual. Bigger things are afoot now, and it is possible they have something to do energetically with what Pluto in Aquarius represents for you. Before you know it, the new doors will be opening.
