Who has the upper hand today? The Taurus Sun and Pluto in Aquarius are not playing nice, and you could find some people to be extremely difficult, keeping you under their thumb. The question might be about who has the power, but ultimately it lies in the hands, not of the meanest or the bully, rather in the one who knows how to effectively manage people and control situations without appearing to do so. This type of soft control produces less conflict and better outcomes, and tends to keep the beast at bay. Remember, you can catch more flies with honey than you will with vinegar. 

The Strength card is not about physical strength, but of patience, and the ability to maintain influence without in-your-face tactics.
