Card of the Day – Queen of Swords – Saturday, August 7, 2021

She’s baaack! Just when you thought you were safe from the wrath of the Queen of Swords, hanging out at the New Moon, she makes an appearance. To those who are new here, for a very long time, she never seemed to miss the opportunity, and in 2021 she has been laying low. However, the Moon is in Leo today, and tomorrow’s Leo New Moon, although a rare happening simultaneously with the Lionsgate Portal, is going to be a tough one. People will be testy, and if you already know who those people are, including yourself, if the swords fits, then it may be best to steer clear. Her bark and her bite can, at times, be equally vicious, and her words cut right to the bone. Should you be so lucky as not to be affected by her, then use her effervescent wit and intelligence toward that which you hope to achieve.

The Queen of Swords is a cool customer, but not in the manner of the kind-hearted Queen of Cups, rather she can come off as arrogant while she sets all emotion aside, concerning herself only with her mission. Her sword can be mighty and clear the way for you, or her wicked tongue can lash out, hurtful and cutting. Do remember, words can not be taken back, but paths can be cleared without hurting the feelings of others.
