I fully realize the messages this week have not been all happy, happy – joy, joy. First, let us recap, because it has been a very eventful week, beginning with a Full Wolf Moon in home sign of Cancer. Uranus turned direct, immediately followed by the North and South Nodes moving to Taurus and Scorpio, respectively, a place they have not been for about eighteen years. The Sun entered Aquarius, fueling the urge to break free, and Mars is finishing up its time in Sagittarius. Venus and Mercury are still retrograde as well, so our card of focus today is signaling for you to not spend your time dwelling on losses, or things which have not worked out, rather on what remains, which is in your highest and best interest. You can work with what you have to put yourself on the comeback trail; it is important to not allow yourself to be throwing a pity party.

The 5 of Cups is a card of loss, broken relationships, and most definitely focus. It is your focus which defines you. Should you let yourself succumb to the “woe is me” vibes, you will lose sight of the good which you can nurture and grow, in order to begin anew.
