This fierce looking Empress is here to represent, not only today, but for some time to come. She is associated with the planet Venus, and will be very busy this week. Matters regarding love and finance will be front and center, and eventful, bringing surprise, confusion, and transformative new beginnings. The Empress is also Mother Earth, and as Uranus (currently in Taurus, ruled by Venus) prepares to retrograde on September 1, you will witness Mother Nature showing everyone who is boss. 

The Empress card is very Venusian, and provides abundance and comfort. She represents fertility, the Divine Feminine, Gaia, and is a mature Mother figure in the Tarot.
