Card of the Day – 4 of Cups (Water) – Sunday, August 1, 2021

Are you tired of the same old, same old? Do you feel like you are stuck in a rut? Have you wished for change, but the status quo remains the same? Today’s 4 of Cups is suggesting you have a think on all of this, whether it be through meditation, or just good, old-fashioned thinking. There is a glorious cazimi in play today, helping you to sort through those thoughts, and perhaps even find some answers. Saturn is in the mix as well, and if you are feeling any of the discontent which the 4 of Cups can bring, Saturn is where we shall place the blame. This is a good day to review what is working for you in your life, and what is not.

The 4 of Cups is a card of assessment, and in this particular case, what is being assessed are the all-too familiar situations which keep playing on repeat in your life. Your discontent, or contempt, of the status quo, is what will lead you to ponder where these things, or people, fit in, if they even do at all. You are also being told not to be so stubborn as to refuse to check out another option which you may have been avoiding. It just may be time to give it a try.
