There are many details which require your attention, most likely on the jobfront, but spilling over into personal matters as well. Your attention to all of these matters before you at this time is of the utmost importance. Not everything will manifest itself immediately, but fine-tuning all of the points of any particular project will certainly benefit you greatly down the road.
The 8 of Pentacles is all about taking pride in one’s work, and craftsmanship, often putting in some very long hours and burning the midnight oil to make certain things are done properly and on time. Lists work well at times like this and checking off the to-do’s as they are completed is certainly a good idea. Leave no stone unturned in your quest to be the best at whatever it is you are trying to accomplish. You will be so glad you did!
